Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.
Shipping Options
We offer both standard and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional $25. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up the shipping method after your order has been processed. Our standard 1–3 business day processing time still applies.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only and does not apply to international orders or expedited shipping.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays, sales, product launches, and other high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. Carrier delays may also occur during these periods. We recommend placing holiday orders early to allow additional time for delivery.
